ID card EM4200 Blank Proximity 125khz Cards

The EM4200 is a CMOS integrated circuit designed for electronic Read Only RF transponders, serving as a seamless replacement for EM Microelectronic-Marin Read Only ICs EM4100/4102 and EM4005/4105.

The circuit is powered by an external coil in an electromagnetic field, deriving its master clock from the same field. Through modulation current control, the chip transmits its unique factory-programmed laser ROM code.
